iptvfrostlight policies
Terms of Service
These terms govern the iptvfrostlight subscriptions sold through this website. They describe what we supply, what we do not, and the limits that apply to both sides.
In short
- iptvfrostlight resells subscription access. We do not own or operate streaming servers, channels or broadcasting rights.
- A contract is made in writing, after we confirm your plan, device, term and total in CAD.
- One subscription covers one household, up to the number of simultaneous screens on your plan.
- Nothing here removes a consumer right that applies where you live.
01Who these terms are between
iptvfrostlight is the trading name used on this website for the IPTV subscription service described here. The registered name of the business that operates the service, its business address and any registration or tax number are not published on this page yet. We give them to you in writing, on request, before you pay, and those details identify the party you are contracting with.
Selling subscriptions to Canadian households does not by itself tell you where the operator is established. We do not claim a Canadian office, registration or establishment that we have not confirmed. The business details we provide in writing are the authoritative answer, and this page will publish them once they are confirmed.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator, and “you” means the person buying or using the subscription.
02The service we supply, and our role
We resell access to an IPTV subscription. “Resell” is the accurate description: the channels, catalogues and streaming infrastructure are supplied by an upstream provider. We do not own or operate streaming servers, we do not hold broadcasting licences, and we do not control the third-party platforms or apps you use to watch.
What we do is arrange the subscription, issue the access details, help you install a player app on a device you own, and support you when something stops working. The subscription gives you access for the term you buy, subject to these terms and to how the upstream service performs.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy a subscription. The service is sold for private household viewing. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly accept orders from them.
04Your responsibilities
This website has no customer accounts, so there is no password for us to protect on your behalf. Your responsibilities are about the details you give us and the access details we give you:
- Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at, and tell us promptly if it changes.
- Keep the access details we send you confidential. Anyone who has them can use your subscription and consume a connection.
- Do not post a playlist link, username, password, device key or screenshot containing them in a public place.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your subscription.
- Use the service only within the limits of your plan and this policy set.
You are responsible for activity carried out with the access details we issued to you, unless you told us they had been compromised and we had a reasonable opportunity to act.
05Plans, term and when your term begins
A plan is sold for a stated term — for example one, three, six or twelve months. The term, the price for the whole term, the number of simultaneous connections and any device notes are confirmed with you in writing before payment.
Your term begins on the date the access details we issue for your order are delivered to the email address you gave us. It does not begin when you first open a player app, and time spent installing an app or waiting for a device is not added to the end of the term.
Any monthly figure shown on this site is a comparison aid calculated from the term total. The amount payable is the total for the term, not a monthly charge.
06Connections and simultaneous use
A connection is one simultaneous stream. If your plan includes one connection, one stream can play at a time; if it includes two, two streams can play at the same time. The limit is on simultaneous playback, not on how many devices you may install an app on.
A subscription is for one household. Installing the app on more than one device you own is fine. Giving the access details to another household is not, and neither is using the service to provide viewing to people outside your household.
07Devices, player apps and separate licences
Compatibility depends on the exact device model and its software version, and we confirm it per device. A player app is a separate product made by a separate company: installing or paying for one is not the same as buying a iptvfrostlight subscription, and buying a subscription does not include the app’s licence.
Some player apps charge their own activation or licence fee. That fee is set by the app’s developer, is paid to them, and is separate from the price you pay us. Paying an app fee does not extend or activate your subscription, and we cannot refund an app purchase we did not process.
08Prices, currency and taxes
All amounts on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Where applicable taxes are payable, we tell you the tax amount and the final total in writing before payment, so the amount you are asked to pay is the amount we confirmed. If a figure ever differs from the confirmation we gave you, the confirmation we gave you in writing applies until we agree a change with you.
We do not advertise a price we are not prepared to honour for the term you are buying. If a price is shown as confirmed on enquiry, the price is confirmed in writing before you pay rather than assumed from the site.
09Payment and when the contract is formed
This website has no checkout and takes no card details. Payment is arranged with our team using the method we confirm to you in writing. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance on its own.
A contract is formed when three things have happened: we have confirmed your plan, term, connections, device notes and total in writing; you have accepted that confirmation; and your payment has been received and confirmed on the terms we gave you. If we cannot accept your order, we tell you why and do not keep money we cannot provide a service for.
10Activation and delivery
We confirm the activation timing for your order in writing before you pay. We do not promise instant activation. Your access details and the setup steps for your device are delivered by email to the address on your order.
If you have not received your access details within the period we confirmed, contact us with the email address you used. If payment has been received but activation cannot be completed, you may choose a corrected activation or a refund of that payment; we do not substitute a longer term or a different plan without your agreement.
11Renewal and expiry
Renewal is manual. We do not store a payment method, we do not take recurring charges and we do not renew a term without a new confirmation and a new payment agreed with you.
When a term ends, access stops unless you renew. Your access details are not a subscription that runs indefinitely. Where we hold a working email address, we may send a reminder before your term ends; a reminder is a courtesy and we do not promise to send one, so the end date we confirmed with you is what counts.
12Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by writing to us. Cancelling stops any future term you have not yet paid for; it does not by itself refund a term already in progress. The conditions that apply to a refund, how to request one, and the rights that apply regardless of our policy are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where your provincial or territorial consumer law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw or be refunded in particular circumstances, that right applies whether or not our policy mentions it.
13Content availability and regional restrictions
We do not promise any specific channel, event, language feed, catalogue or resolution. Availability varies by region, by source and over time, and it is not something we control upstream. What we can confirm for your plan we confirm in writing before payment.
Some content may be unavailable in some regions, at some times, or on some devices. Where we have told you in writing that something is included and it is not, tell us: we will investigate and, where the service does not match what we confirmed, provide a remedy consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
14Maintenance, interruptions and support
Streams can be interrupted by maintenance upstream or by conditions on your own network or device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not promise a particular uptime figure. What we do commit to is investigating reports properly and telling you what we find.
Support is provided by email using the contact route published on this website. When you report a problem, include your device model, the app you use, and the exact error message; that lets us answer in one reply instead of several. Unless we have confirmed a response time in writing, we do not promise one.
15Acceptable use and suspension
The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not permitted, including sharing access outside your household, reselling without a written agreement, trying to compromise accounts or systems, and abusing our support channels. This site sells household subscriptions; restrictions in these terms are not intended to take away ordinary use of the product you bought.
If we believe there is a serious problem — for example access details being redistributed, a security risk, or use that could expose other customers or us to legal risk — we may suspend the subscription while we investigate. Where it is reasonable to do so, we tell you first or as soon as possible afterwards, explain the reason, and give you a way to respond.
16Termination and unused prepaid time
You may end your subscription at any time by writing to us; access stops at that point. We may terminate with written notice if you seriously breach these terms and the breach is not put right within a reasonable period after we tell you about it.
If we terminate for a reason that is our responsibility, or if we cannot provide the service you paid for, we refund the unused portion of the prepaid term, calculated in whole days, unless you prefer a replacement term of equal value.
If we terminate because of a serious breach by you, unused time is not refunded. Even then, any right you have under consumer protection law is unaffected, and if you believe the termination was wrong you can raise it with us and, if necessary, with the consumer protection office in your province or territory.
17Changes to prices and to these terms
We may change prices for future terms. A price change never applies to a term you have already paid for, and we give you notice in writing before a new price applies to a renewal — at least 30 days where we hold a working email address for you.
We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. The new version takes effect when published with a new effective date, and it does not retrospectively change a term you have already paid for. We do not use this clause to remove a right the law gives you.
18Warranty and liability
We supply the service with reasonable care and skill, and we describe it accurately on this site. If the service does not match what we confirmed to you in writing, tell us and we will investigate and provide a remedy consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We are responsible for direct losses caused by our own failure to use reasonable care, up to the amount you paid us for the term in question. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for failures caused by your device, your player app, your network or your internet provider, which we do not control.
19Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which the operator is established, once that is confirmed and published. Until it is, and in any event, the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live continue to apply, and nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a forum available to you under those laws.
If something goes wrong, write to us first using the contact route on this site. We aim to acknowledge a formal complaint within 10 business days and to give you a substantive answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection office in your province or territory; we will cooperate with that process.
20General
These terms, together with the policies they link to and the written confirmation we send you, are the whole agreement about your subscription. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, it is removed and the remaining provisions stay in force.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business, but only in a way that does not reduce your rights under these terms; we tell you in writing if that happens. You may not transfer your subscription to someone else without our written agreement.
These terms are published in English. If we provide a French version, the French text governs the French-language relationship where the law in your province requires it.
