iptvfrostlight policies

Copyright and Intellectual Property

How to report material on this website that you believe infringes your rights, and how iptvfrostlight handles third-party names and content.

Effective 2 November 2026Last substantive update 2 November 2026

In short

  • The site’s own text, design and marks belong to iptvfrostlight or are used with permission.
  • App and device names belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
  • Complaints are reviewed under Canadian copyright law, not described as a US DMCA process.
  • We do not claim to control content that upstream suppliers deliver.

01What we own

The text, layout, design and original graphics on this website — including the iptvfrostlight name, wordmark and snowflake-play symbol — belong to iptvfrostlight or are used with permission. You may read, print and share a policy page for your own use, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not copy the site’s design or content into another service, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

02Third-party names and marks

Samsung, LG, Apple, Amazon, Google, Roku, Microsoft, TiviMate, Smarters, Formuler, BuzzTV, MAG and other product or company names are trademarks of their owners. We use them to describe compatibility and to link to official listings, not to suggest partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. We are not affiliated with any device manufacturer, app developer, broadcaster, league or rights holder.

03Content delivered through the service

We do not own, host or control the channels and catalogues delivered through the subscription; they come from an upstream provider. A complaint about what is delivered is not something we can resolve by editing our own site, and we will not claim to have removed content we do not control.

Where a rights holder tells us that material supplied through the service infringes their rights, we will pass the complaint to the upstream provider, tell the complainant what we did, and act on our own relationship with that provider. We do not describe this as a statutory takedown scheme, and we do not claim a safe harbour we have not been granted.

04Reporting infringement on this website

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact route on this website, marked “Copyright notice”. Please include:

  • Your name, organisation and a way to reach you.
  • Identification of the work you say is protected, with enough detail to find it.
  • The exact page address or location on this site of the material you object to.
  • Why you believe the use is not authorised, including whether you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate to your knowledge.
  • Any deadline or urgency, and whether you have contacted the upstream provider already.

We acknowledge a complete notice within 10 business days, review it, and tell you what we have done. Where the material is on a page we control, we may remove or amend it while we look into the complaint. Where it concerns content delivered through the subscription, we will tell you plainly that we cannot remove it ourselves and pass it upstream.

05If you think a report was mistaken

If material of yours was removed or a report was made about you, you can respond through the same contact route. Explain why the use was authorised — for example, that you hold a licence, that the work is not protected, or that the notice misidentified the material. We will reconsider and, where the complaint does not hold up, restore what we removed.

06What this page is not

Canada’s Copyright Act sets the framework we work within. This page is not a United States DMCA notice-and-takedown programme, and we do not appoint a US registered agent or claim the statutory protections of that scheme.
