04Legal and regulatory position
iptvfrostlight resells IPTV subscription access. We do not own or operate streaming servers, we do not hold broadcasting licences, and we do not control third-party platforms, apps or catalogues. We do not claim partnerships, certifications or registrations we cannot evidence.
Our policies are drafted against Canadian federal requirements — including PIPEDA for private-sector privacy and Canada’s anti-spam legislation for commercial electronic messages — and against provincial consumer and privacy rules where they apply, including Quebec’s. Which of those apply to a given order can depend on where you live and where the operator is established, which is why the entity details matter.
05How these policies fit together
The Terms of Service are the main agreement. The Refund and Cancellation Policy, Payment, Activation and Renewal Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie and Tracking Policy and Service Disclosures form part of it. Where two pages appear to conflict, the Terms of Service prevail to the extent of the conflict, and we correct the page that is wrong.
