iptvfrostlight policies
Acceptable Use Policy
The behaviour expected of anyone using a iptvfrostlight subscription or contacting our team, and how we respond when it is not met.
In short
- Use the service within the connection limit on your plan, in your own household.
- Do not resell, share or redistribute access unless you hold a written reseller agreement.
- Do not attempt to compromise accounts, systems or our team.
- Enforcement is proportionate, explained where possible, and open to appeal.
01What this policy is for
This policy sets out the behaviour expected of anyone using a iptvfrostlight subscription or contacting our team. It is part of the Terms of Service. It is not intended to restrict ordinary household viewing, and nothing here takes away a consumer right you have.
02Your access details
The access details we issue are for you and your household. Keep them confidential, do not publish them, and do not send them to anyone who is not part of your household. If you believe they have been exposed, tell us so we can reissue them.
Attempting to obtain someone else’s access details, or using details you found rather than received, is prohibited.
03Household use and connection limits
A subscription is for one household, up to the number of simultaneous streams on the plan you bought. Installing the app on several devices you own is expected and allowed. What is not allowed is giving access to another household, or arranging viewing for people outside yours.
If you need to supply subscriptions to other households, that requires a written reseller agreement. Reselling without one is prohibited, and it is the restriction we enforce most often.
04Prohibited conduct
The following is not permitted:
- Sharing, publishing, selling or redistributing access details, playlists, portal addresses or device keys.
- Using the service to provide viewing to another household, or operating a paid service on top of it without a reseller agreement.
- Attempting to access another customer’s account, our management systems, or any system used to supply the service.
- Probing, scanning, overloading or attempting to bypass limits, authentication or rate controls.
- Copying, scraping or re-hosting the content delivered through the service.
- Using our contact channels to send threats, abuse, spam, malware or automated bulk submissions.
- Impersonating iptvfrostlight, a member of our team, or another customer.
- Using the service where doing so would breach a law that applies to you.
05How enforcement works
We aim to respond proportionately, and to start with the least disruptive step that fits the problem. A first, minor issue usually gets a message asking for it to stop. A continuation, or a serious issue such as redistribution, may lead to suspension while we investigate.
Where it is reasonable, we tell you what we have done and why, and give you a way to respond. We may act first and explain afterwards where there is a security risk, a risk to other customers, or a legal obligation to act quickly.
If we suspend a subscription and later find no breach, we restore the service and add the suspended days to the end of the term.
06Consequences for prepaid time
If we terminate for a serious breach, unused prepaid time is not refunded. That is a consequence of the breach, not a penalty applied to ordinary complaints: asking a question, reporting a fault, requesting a refund or disagreeing with us is never a breach, and will not lead to suspension.
07Appeals and contact
If you think a decision was wrong, reply to us and ask for a review. We will look at it again and give reasons. If it remains unresolved, the complaint routes in the Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy are open to you, including your provincial consumer protection office.
