iptvfrostlight — A Brighter Way to Watch.

Mobile

Android phone & tablet

A phone-sized player from Google Play, once we confirm the app suits your access. TiviMate is not the right choice here.

What you need before starting

  • An Android phone or tablet with Google Play working.
  • Your playlist link or access details.
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection for longer viewing.

Check your model first

Android version and Play availability decide this.

  1. 1Open Settings, then About phone or About tablet.
  2. 2Note the model and the Android version.
  3. 3Confirm Google Play opens on the device.

The app to install

One recommendation per device. Where we could not verify an app for the platform, we say so rather than guessing.

Confirm with us before you pay this app

ibo Pro Player is listed for Android phones and tablets, but we have not confirmed it works with your iptvfrostlight access. Ask us before paying the vendor.

Why it suits this device
One of the few players with an official app on both the Samsung and LG stores, which is where televisions that cannot use Google Play end up.
What it costs
The player is activated as a paid product, either on the vendor’s playlist website or as an in-app purchase. Check the price shown to you before paying.
How you log in
  • Device key / MAC address, activated on the vendor’s playlist website
Before you install
Three things must line up before you pay: the store entry must read ibo Pro Player, the management site must be the vendor’s own, and we must confirm the app works with the access we issue you. “IBO Player” and “IBO Player Pro” are different products with different management sites.
Separately charged licence
The activation fee belongs to the app vendor. Paying it does not activate your iptvfrostlight subscription.

Menu wording changes between app versions, so the steps name what to look for rather than quoting a button that may have been renamed.

Where each value goes

Device key / MAC and activation

The app shows a device key or MAC address. You add that key to the app vendor’s own management site, together with your playlist, and the app then loads it.

Device key or MAC
00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E
Shown inside the app, never sent to us in a public form.
Playlist link
http://server.example.com/get.php?username=demo-user&type=m3u
Added on the vendor’s site, not in the app.

The activation fee is the app vendor’s charge. Paying it does not activate your iptvfrostlight subscription, and we never collect a device key or playlist password through this website.

M3U playlist link

One long link replaces the three values. Paste the whole thing into the playlist field — everything after the last slash belongs to it.

Playlist URL
http://server.example.com/get.php?username=demo-user&password=demo-pass&type=m3u
A shortened link, or one with a missing part, will not load.

A playlist link can contain your username and password. Treat it exactly like a password: do not post it publicly and hide it in any screenshot you send us.

Troubleshooting

Start with the symptom you see.

Work down each list in order. The first checks cost nothing and undo nothing, so they are always worth doing before anything more drastic.

If Play refuses the install, check free storage and the Google account signed in to Play.

Clearing cache is not clearing app data

Clearing the cache removes temporary files and keeps your login and settings. Clearing app data resets the app to a fresh install and can remove saved playlists, favourites and passwords. Reinstalling does the same. Try cache first, and expect to re-enter your details after anything stronger.

01I cannot find the appThe store does not list it, or the search returns something else.
  1. 1Confirm the app name and the developer name on our guide for your device. A similar name from a different developer is a different product.
  2. 2Check your device’s region and the store account signed in on it — stores show different catalogues by country.
  3. 3On a television, restart the TV and reopen the store once. A store that will not load cannot install anything.
  4. 4If the app is still absent, it is not published for your model year. Send us the model and we will confirm the alternative that is.

Do not install an APK from a search result or a third-party site. Only the developer’s own download is safe.

02The app says its trial has expiredThis is the player app, not your iptvfrostlight subscription.
  1. 1Identify which message you see: one is the app’s own trial or licence, the other is a subscription or account error from us.
  2. 2If it is the app’s trial, the app vendor sells the unlock. Paying them does not renew your iptvfrostlight term.
  3. 3If the app is unlocked and you still cannot watch, the message is about your subscription — send it to us with the exact wording.
  4. 4Tell us the app name and version so we can confirm which of the two you are looking at.

We never ask you to pay an app fee to us, and an app fee never extends a subscription.

03My login is rejectedThe app refuses the username, password or server address.
  1. 1Re-type the details instead of pasting them. A trailing space is the most common cause.
  2. 2Match the server address exactly as sent, including http:// or https:// and any port after the colon.
  3. 3Check capitals in the username and password. Most are case-sensitive.
  4. 4Confirm your subscription is active and its term has not ended.
  5. 5Try the same details in the same app on another device you own, to see whether the details or the device are the problem.

If the app reports a device or connection limit, that is a plan limit rather than a wrong password.

04My playlist will not loadThe app accepts the details but the channel list never appears.
  1. 1Open the playlist link once on a computer on the same home network. That tells you whether the link works at all.
  2. 2Check that the whole link was copied, including everything after the last slash.
  3. 3Look for a limit message in the app. A second device using the same playlist can block the first.
  4. 4Give the app a minute on first load — it is downloading the channel and guide list.
  5. 5If the link works on a computer but not on the device, tell us the device model: some televisions cannot decode every format.

Treat a playlist link as a password. Do not send it in a public form, and hide it in screenshots.

05Channels load but a stream will not playThe list is there; one channel stays black or returns an error.
  1. 1Try three or four other channels. If only one fails, it is that channel rather than your setup.
  2. 2Try the same channel again a few minutes later. Some sources need a moment before they start.
  3. 3Note the exact on-screen error and the channel name.
  4. 4If every channel fails, treat it as a connection or account problem and use the playlist path above.

Catch-up, recording and 4K are app capabilities and channel capabilities at once — an app that supports them does not make every channel available in them.

06Video buffers or freezesPlayback stalls, drops quality or freezes for seconds at a time.
  1. 1Compare one device on Wi-Fi with one on a cable, if you can. Wired is the simplest way to rule the network out.
  2. 2Check whether other streaming apps in the house stall at the same time of evening.
  3. 3Move the device closer to the router, or switch it to the 5 GHz band.
  4. 4Restart the device once, then reopen the app.
  5. 5Tell us the time it happens and whether every channel behaves the same way.

We do not promise that a VPN or a DNS change will help. An extra hop usually makes a stream slower, not faster.

07Video has no soundThe picture plays but you hear nothing.
  1. 1Turn the volume up on both the device remote and the television remote — televisions often control two different volumes.
  2. 2Check the audio track chosen in the app, where the stream offers more than one language.
  3. 3Try another channel to see whether the silence follows the channel or the device.
  4. 4Check the television’s audio output setting if you use a soundbar or receiver.

One channel with no audio is usually that stream. Every channel with no audio is the device or the app.

08A second screen stops playingOne device plays; another is refused or disconnects.
  1. 1Check how many simultaneous screens your plan includes.
  2. 2Close the player fully on a device you are not using, rather than leaving it paused.
  3. 3Sign out of unused devices if the app keeps a session open.
  4. 4If the number of screens still seems wrong, tell us the devices and we will check what your plan allows.

Installing on several devices you own is fine. The limit is how many can watch at the same time.
